Limin:

This is opening a whole new area. I have seen reports that some believe that Nitric and Nitrous acids are very involved in our epidemic diseases today, Lupus, Chronic fatigue, autism, etc. I never took the time to look into this. Somehow the cycle and our levels are impaired. L-arginine is very interesting as well and may be a prime reason that our blood flow seems to be amiss. But since it works in contrast to l-lysine, I have always avoided it. It's like one is for bacteria infections and one is for viral infections. It would seem that taking one may help some infections and hinder others. Maybe one could take both. Either way, this is definitely an interesting area to look into. Here's a quick website on general l-arginine information. I wonder if I have any in my cubboard. My cubboards are pretty stocked. LOL.

Almost a year ago, I posted this theory to the low oxalate group: that since

l-lysine has antiviral effects and is oppositional to l-argininine, it seems

possible that l-argininine can aggravate viral issues.

This was after my first dose of l-arginine, which the moderator of that group

touts for oxalate pain control. In my case, I took it and was immediately taken

down by a nasty cold.

Not only did she reject the theory, she lambasted me for spreading

misinformation in an angry response. Very frustrating!
