My husband had a horrible time at UCLA. It was very hard to get an

appointment. One time we went for his appointment, and they hadn't written it

in the book although it was on his chart. They refused to see him even though

it was a 90 minute drive one way and they admitted it was their mistake. His

first doctor was at USC, but the doctor there was very busy and hard to get an

appointment with, which is why we changed to UCLA. We are now at the Santa

Barbara MDA, where the doctor is very caring and competent. My husband can

also see him in his office, which UCLA wouldn't permit.
