Sal:

I am not drinking any milk any more, except for rice milk with cereal. I don't know what to trust, think, guess about it. I feel its safer to just avoid it. I can't imagine we were ever intended to drink milk into adulthood anyhow, thus, I am voting we don't need it. But I will say my family used to be big time dairy consumers, about 3 times a day of yogurt, cheese, sour cream, milk, ice cream, etc. I mean we consumed a lot of dairy. I must be really gifted to have got my family off of dairy, but I still get complaints about it. I just tell them to choose between symptoms and diet. They always say they would rather have symptoms, but that can't possibly be true. I just look at them weird, tell them to forget it, and walk away.

Does pasturization kill it? or protect it by not being high enough for long enough to kill the lyme... or b wiping out all the good bacteria and enzymes that might kill it if it survives pasturization?Does raw complete with antibodies and good bacteria that can eat up bugs like listeria protect or allow the lyme to infect us?Dr. Ron Schmid claims raw milk helped him "cure" his lyme. That along with fermented vegetables, probably grandulars... organ meats, good oils (Weston Price). ???SalGet the scoop on last night's hottest shows and the live music scene in your area - Check out TourTracker.com!
