cramping and leg jerking - Quinine capsules and Baclofen

I had terrible cramping mostly in my calves but also in my feet. My

doctor prescribed Quinine capsules and Baclofen which helped enormously - so

much so that it is very rare that I have the cramping at all at night. (I only

take these at bedtime). I also have the jerking and at times it is quite

dramatic while falling asleep but this does not seem to be helped by medication.
