Question on State Rehab programs

I was wondering if any know any about the rehabilitation program the

states have. I'm on state assistance while appealing my disability.

My caseworker is making me go to the state rehabilitation program. I

had heard that if I was applying for disability I don't have to do this - do

know? I figured I figured I would bring all my paperwork from my disability

claim and my dr's notes saying I can't work. Any other suggestions?
