Salt C/Re: First post here/TamiD

This list owner feels pretty certain it gets lyme and co-infections.

He used silver for viruses. That's what I understand. I'm up to 8

grams using RealSalt which I just mix in water with lemon juice, lime

juice or cranberry juice (since I am trying to keep sugars down) with

stevia. It is disappointing to hear accounts that it only gets

parasites. I must say, my neck is not as stiff as it was... not sure

if it is the salt C and or the coconut oil which is also antifungal

and antimicrobial... ??? My children have grown up with little salt

in our meals. I'm trying to introduce them to RealSalt and adjust

their taste buds to it. I do believe real sea salt is an important

part of a healthy diet. I wish I could get them to drink a salty

lemonade daily. Sal
