Guest guest
Dear Matt... We've been doing stretches twice daily with our 6 year old Gavin, who has 1A. It has helped immensely. A year ago they were talking about tendon surgery, now he's fine in that regard. Also he had back pain, posture problems and the start of scoliosis. We introduced some intensive exercises aimed at stretching his too tight hamstrings and now the bend in this back is much less pronounced..apparently the hamstrings were pulling him out of alignment. I highlighly recommend it! We've found that varying what the actual exercises are keeps him more motivated over time. Good luck Sally
