This is just an organization day, maybe we could all meet for dinner,

but no specific tasks that I know of yet.

Thursday -

registration begins at 7:15 a.m. - so meet at 6:45 to set-up.

Physicians training day so registration open from 7:15 - 10:15 a.m.

LIAF Booth 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (1-2 people 8-1 PM)

Gala Dinner - Silent Auction - 6:40 (check in table)

7:00 - 10:00 p.m. (just work silent

Saturday Golf Tournament and conference

7:00 a.m - 8:30 a.m.. golf tournament registration check-in (1-2

people)

2:00 - 6:00 p.m. - conference registration (2 people)

LIAF Booth (1-2 people)

7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - conference registration (1-2 people)

Sunday until noon

8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. - Registration , then pack up registration area

8:00 a.m. - 12 noon - LIAF booth and then clean up. (1-2 people)
