What else might a low CD57 mean?

A friend with an ASD son just ran the labcorp CD57 on her son and it

came back with a 22. Obviously this is really low and my lyme

practitioner uses this as an indicator of borrelia. Can anyone tell me

what else this might mean, if anything?
