Guest guest
I've had a rather noisy Thanksgiving, and I'm thankful for that! I've been trying really hard not to focus on the trigger noises while with my family. Fortunately, there's been enough to focus on (2 boys of my own ages 2 and under, and 2 nieces, ages 1 & 4) that I haven't been distracted by the noises...much. I have even noticed them a few times & not been bothered by them. I've been surprised each time. It did get bad last night when I was very tired...since I'm quite irritable when I'm tired anyway...so I just went to bed ASAP. My poor husband was just trying to be near me today, but he didn't realize I was " running " from him since he was " chasing " me with a glass of ice! I'm glad I can laugh about it while it's not happening. I do find myself on edge more about noises that are precursors to trigger noises since learning about 4S. But that could (key word) be a good thing if I'm able to focus on something else for the actual trigger. I hope everyone else has had as tolerable of a holiday as I have! Or at least understanding friends and family!
