Then oh man that hurts and my knee is swollen for days after and tender too. I'm will go get some knee braces next time I'm at the drug store in hope that will help me....Geri Re: knee joints I also have bad knees, to the point where I am considering a double knee replacement. It seems that due to joint instability I have worn the cartilage completely between the kneecaps and the femurs. Hurts a LOT. Anyway I have found that the athletic knee braces you can buy in the drugstore help a lot to keep the knees in line. Worth a try anyway.
