I like the way the write up says it is like a wobble board. I wonder if it is worth buying, just to get some free training during the day? Guest guest Posted February 26, 2007 Report Share Posted February 26, 2007 I was the one I believe that posted earlier first about the MBT shoes. I got a pair and love them. You have to wear them gradually, though in the beginning. Since they involve the core muscles, they recommend about 15-30 minutes daily for about two weeks, increasing time daily.
