Guest guest
Gretchen, I know a person can't blame everything on CMT,but I have gotten frustrated with a series of doctors that can't figure things out. Being sick all the time takes a toll on you physically as well as mentally. I do also have an appointment with a psychiatrist to help with the stress and frustration I feel these days. Asking questions is sometimes the only way to get some kind of answers, and this does help me work through things. This website has been a godsend to me for so many things, even if only to vent. I very desperately want to find some kind of quality and purpose in life. So, I haven't given up yet. I will find both one way or another. Staying in a rut doesn't help. Thank you for letting ask questions and express myself. It has already helped me in some ways, because I feel as though I have made a first step. I have started communicating with the world again. I haven't done that for a quite a while, and I can only see that as a good thing, my first step to getting back into life again. Thank you again. Guest guest
Not being diagnosed with CMT until I was 50, less than a year ago, I'm finding that so much IS CMT related. Being 6'9 " I just assumed that all my quirks were from being taller than the average human. Turns out most of them are from having CMT.
