Good topic Donna.

For me, it's simple like this -

Regular sleep (wind down an hour before bed, read/meditation)

A daily " routine " or schedule of things to do (may change each day)

Supplements and Vitamins in the morning

Good food: fresh fruit and vegetables, lean meat, fish

Eat small meals 5 times a day and smaller sizes of meals

Drink water

Exercise

Journaling time to express thoughts and feelings

Having fun!

In the Files section of , look in the 'Management of CMT' Folder for more

ideas and elaboration on healthy living, etc.
