I thought everyone in this group would be very

interested to read about this

travesty that is occurring in San , TX. I am forwarding it from

the

txlyme Yahoo group, and please forgive me if it has already been posted

here by someone else.

Blessings to all,

Molly in Texas

Please visit this website: HYPERLINK

http://www.letssavemarc.org , which has been set up to

help a mother in San who was reported to Child Protective Services

for choosing to treat her autistic child for Lyme, after he was diagnosed

with Lyme by one of our few LLMDs. The reporting was done by doctors in San

who disagreed with the diagnosis, even though Marc has improved on

antibiotics. Now CPS is trying to take Marc away from his mother.

This is a travesty, an abuse of physician influence and of child protective

services. Naturally the same doctors filed a complaint against one of our

LLMDs as well.

This will be landmark case in TX. If you have a child with Lyme, consider

that this could happen to you if we do not stand with Marcs mother on her

right to choose her childs medical treatment.

I can assure you that this case has been thoroughly vetted by one of our

most prominent Lyme activists in Texas, who has taken all the proper steps

to insure the integrity of this appeal.

In the future, we may post a request here for letters to be written to the

concerned State of Texas agencies, so they will realize that Lyme is a

reality in TX.
