There is only one ER where I live here in Oregon, so I'm stuck with its price, which is not cheap. I had to go a couple of times and seeing how much it cost afterward was unbelievable! They do have financial help for those who can't afford it, which is a blessing. For those who have multiple hospital options, I agree it is a good idea to check out pricing beforehand if you can.
