I found this site to be quite informative and thought I would pass is

on.

Yes is contains links to products to buy, but the author lists exact

steps and products so it's not a requirement to buy from the site.

I looked at all the steps and do not see any recommendations that I

wouldn't consider 'safe'. I think the Level II recommendations are

great.
