Guest guest
Hi Amy, Yes, there is something very interesting about the Progesterone. As for Onapristone working on 1C, it is just too early to tell. The Onapristone studies (including the one I posted yesterday) are still using animal (rat) models for 1A. First, there would need to be human trials for persons with 1A, and depending how those go, scientists could then examine Onapristone for 1C and possibly other types of CMT 1. As for the Vitamin C, again, all we have is research showing Ascorbic Acid completely stopped CMT 1A in mouse models but remember, it took 30 generations of mice to get this result. There are human trials of " C " for 1A going on in several European countries now, and the USA is also gearing up for studies. These research projects each will be about 2-3 years, and then hopefully we'll have some good news. As for " C " working on 1C, research has not been done yet, so after the 1A trials, perhaps scientists will conduct research on 1C and Ascorbic Acid. ~ Gretchen
