Guest guest
Alright everyone I need a shoulder to cry on or a bag to beat up on!! After waiting 2 months for a neurological surgeon, my appointment was finally here, that was yesterday. It's 90 miles to get to where I had to go to in Miami and left in enough time, but stuff happened. A friend had taken off a half day to get me to the doctors and we didn't expect an accident that we hit, the traffic was unbelievable, and the directions didn't make any sense at all. So I arrived 45 minutes late....but had called (to an answering machine, of course) to let them know. When I did get there with papers in hand (in his hands because I had so much) the doctor was in and I appologized for being late and she went back to tell him but he wouldn't take me after I told him I had driven 2 hours and waited 2 months. The kicker is, 2 people with " medical samples " came after me and I heard them ask for his name in particular and they went in. I left crying. They said I would have to reschedule and when I asked them to do that they said they would call me tomorrow (today) and they haven't. I just called them back and finally got one answer saying their computers were down and couldn't reschedule. MY QUESTION IS...do you think he is putting me on the backburner because I have Medicaid? Can they do that? Now I don't know if I want to go to a doctor who doesn't give two " " sh ts " anyway. Am I wrong?? I don't thing so?? Thanks for any information.
