I can't afford it right now, but it does give me something to work toward. I'm curious about something else, if anyone has any input. I have seen these new exercise machines which are just flat boards, basically, which vibrate. A 10 minute time on the vibrating exercise board is supposed to be the equivalent of a 30 min., or hour workout. I have seen it advertized in Martha Stwart's 'Living' magazine. Exercise has always been an albatross for me because of the severity of my CMT, and thus, limitations of exercise options. I thought I could just sit or lie down on this exercise machine, and get rid of the extra 'me,' as well as get a bit of exercise. lol Any comments?
