Guest guest
Hi all, We are looking for information on how to help our son. He has a history of anxiety and some depression. While it has decreased over the last several years, with the onset of puberty, it is back in full force. We would like specific information in the following areas: 1) a good psychologist/counselor experienced in working with teens on the autism spectrum 2) dietary/biomedical recommendations 3) as a last resort, medications that may be useful to help him over this hurdle/period. Our preference is for information based on experience and supportive research. Some brief information about our son: 13 yo, verbal, considered " recovered " (though we still see residua, including anxiety, self-chat and pacing), not currently on any specific diet or meds. We live in Austin, TX. Many kind thanks! &
