Please, I'm not asking about supplements, vitamins, etc., but I want to know what you buy at the market and cook, or what foods you have while dining out that you believe help your CMT. Why do you believe these foods help you? How do they help you? (more energy, builds muscle, less fatigue, etc) Are your foods organic? Do you eat raw foods? Do you grow any of your own foods?
