positive suggestions to ease depression

Hello Roxanne,

I am so sorry to hear that you are going through so much with depression. I

wish I knew the right things to say to help you through this. Sometimes when I

really get down I try to think of all the positive things that I have in life.

I too have CMT and all the weird things that go along with it.

I cannot do a lot of things that I would like to do so I try to focus on what I

can do. I have taken up photography, absolutely love taking pictures and

bugging everyone to look at them. I am a amateur at it, but love it just the

same. Do you have any hobbies that make you happy? Do you take time for

yourself each day? Maybe read or take a long bath with a nice glass of wine.
