Guest guest
Question, has anyone gone the surgery route on their feet to try to improve their situation? If you have who had covered the cost or how much did you have to front for the cost of the surgery? I was wondering if you were glad you had it done or if you regret that decision. Thank you for your responses.
Guest guest
Yes, I had feet surgery, on both feet at the same time. I was 10, Insurance covered that and physical therapy after. The surgery corrected 'rolling feet' and all these years since I am so glad my parents had this done for me. I have no idea what the cost was - it was about 44 years ago, to by todays standards, I'm sure would be very low! Because my rolling feet were corrected, I have been able to remain very active and on my feet all these years. Although that one summer of surgery and recovery, at the time, seemed like he** for me, not being able to ride horses/bikes, swim, go to camp, etc. Now in my adult life, one summer out of the 44 since, is a mere speck of sand in time. ~ Gretchen
