Guest guest
I watched the conference today. A lot was old news to us old-timers or whatever we need to call ourselves when we have done tons of research. The Director of Care Clinics in Austin, TX, Katsuko, talked. I really like the way she spoke and understood her accent; I hope others did. But she just talked about things I knew. I was glad to hear her say how pathogens were involved, including lyme, but the methods they are using to treat the pathogens were in the research mode, thus no new ideas that we could use at home. A good thing about their clinic is that they try to stay medical so that they can accept insurance. I know some like to do things this way. They are big on chelation, and seemed to be quite knowledgeable about it. She didn't spend a lot of time on methods, mostly the need to treat for pathogens, toxins, diet, etc. My favorite thing about her was that she said autism is a " Multi- factorial medical condition with psychiatric symptoms " . Now that's an improvement over the old way of describing it as a developmental disorder of unknown origin. Buhner spoke. I read his book, so not much new for me again. But he did mention that he feels that most of the herbs he recommends can be given long-term safely. And he did mention a couple of herbs for melt-down or lyme rages. He said pasque flower and coral root. I don't know if I spelled these right since he said them and did not show any slides. He also said one could use Stephania at the same time as Resveratrol for Bartonella, inflammation, other germs. Says Stephania is often used for children in China. I need to type a lot more than this which will take some time, so I will tell you more later. Love and prayers, Heidi N
