Guest guest
This seems like a benign symptom but I'm curious about it. For the last few years, when I close my eyes my eyelids flutter rapidly. Has this happened to anyone? I haven't mentioned it to my neurologist because it didn't seem important enough. It does hinder sleep a little. Thanks,
Guest guest
No not when I close my eyes, but when I was younger, and sometimes now (40 YO), I would get twitches and the " charley-horse " twitching in my legs, arms and eye lids. It was mostly during my growth spurts during junior high and high school and was attributed to CMT. Eyelid twitching was the worse because you really could not apply pressure to it to try and relax and massage them. Of course it was sort of cool having the involuntary twitching of the arms and freaking out the girls. I wonder if that was one of the reasons I did not have many dates in high school?!
