Guest guest
I told my neuro about Vit C over a year and 1/2 ago and first thing he did was run to the computer and google it. It was great. 5 minutes later he was like take it and Vit E at the same time as Vit E helps absorb the Vit C. I now take both and I have never felt better in my life. Now I just need to lose some weight. One good thing at a time. Looking forward to the study results, Matt
Guest guest
Two items I found so interesting about the Australian trials is that 1) the age group for the study is 2 - 16 (youngest group so far) and 2) that this trial will be just 12 months. So, we may be hearing some very interesting news a year from now, especially about " C " and youth. The Belgian trials were ages 12 - 25. Completion of that was supposed to be April 2007. And here we are. We could be on the verge of hearing good news even sooner! I remember reading the original Ascorbic Acid research and how after 30 generations of mice, CMT was completely arrested. In that there was discussion concerning whether or not giving AA or " C " to young children might slow down or arrest their disease. How wonderful this would be, even though I realize this is only for CMT 1A types. ~ Gretchen
