Guest guest
Hello, friends, I have taken vitamin C for 6 months. I take 10.000 mg each day. I feel the sensations of my fingers and toes improve. For example, when I am typing on the keyboard of the computer, I can feel the difference. When using keyboard, I feel more strength in my fingers now, compared to not taking vitamin C before. I think my toes also have more strength. I am practicing the exercise, using my toes to grab the floor, which is recommended by physical therapists. The physical therapy program at USC in which I am studying ranks first in USA. The therapist, i.e., the professor of the physical therapy program, recommended me to do the exercies, using my toes to grabing the floor or a towel. Maybe you might also have interest to try this exercise. Moreover, regarding my experience of wearing the AFO made through computer scanning, the AFO does fit my legs much more precisely. However, I think I prefer not to have a precise AFO that fits my legs too well. I did the experiment on myself by trying one AFO that fits very well and the other AFO that fits loosely. After trying both kinds of AFO for two weeks, I find that my legs become weaker after wearing the fit well AFO. So, now I am wearing the AFO that is very loose and doesn't fit my legs too well. The AFO was made in the traditional way, i.e, through taking mold, not through computer scanning. Please take care Caroline
