Guest guest
well, I'm not an expert or a nutritionist, but everyone here will say the grassfed. Grassfed animals are much healthier, their fat is loaded in EPA, DHA, CLA, Vitamins A and D and E. If you can get past the politically correct emphasis on lowfat nonsense, http://www.eatwild.com/ is an excellant website on the nutritional benefits of grassfed animals and also has a list of suppliers. --- In @y..., Moustafa Elqabbany <elqabbany@y...> wrote: > Hi there. > > I am mainly looking for answers from the nutrionalists > or other experts on this list, though others are > welcome to contribute, of course. > > Which of the following is nutrionally superior: > > 1. Guest guest
Moustafa, As long as your frozen grass fed only meat is also hormone free then its the frozen grass fed over the fresh grain fed every single time. I apologize as I am short on time right now if you'd like a further discussion on this topic I'm sure the very able members of this forum will give it to you, however if you need further clarification just email me at mmarasco@.... Quite frankly I wouldn't eat any meat that was given supplemental hormones ever even if the meat was hormone free for an alloted amount of days. Hormones do not need to be added and should never be. As for grain feeding that is a whole other animal and as justin said eatwild.com covers that discussion rather well. You also may find some good info at www.westonaprice.org Sincerely, Dr. Marasco,BS,DC Cincinnati,Ohio --- In @y..., Moustafa Elqabbany <elqabbany@y...> wrote: > Hi there. > > I am mainly looking for answers from the nutrionalists > or other experts on this list, though others are > welcome to contribute, of course. > > Which of the following is nutrionally superior: > > 1.
