I love this idea Gretchen. I instinctively do something similar as I am a total

Type A personality and overload myself with commitments. I love to be busy, but

I think that small bits are better than one big go. I feel less tired. Also I

use the same approach with the gym. I try now to go 5 times a week for a 30

minute cardio each time. Bike or swim are my favourites at

the moment. And my physio / sports therapist suggested one leg pedalling to

retrain me to use my quads rather than hamstrings on the bike.

All in all your tips are sensible, easy to put into practice, and fun as well.
