Guest guest Posted May 3, 2007 Report Share Posted May 3, 2007 I love this idea Gretchen. I instinctively do something similar as I am a total Type A personality and overload myself with commitments. I love to be busy, but I think that small bits are better than one big go. I feel less tired. Also I use the same approach with the gym. I try now to go 5 times a week for a 30 minute cardio each time. Bike or swim are my favourites at the moment. And my physio / sports therapist suggested one leg pedalling to retrain me to use my quads rather than hamstrings on the bike.
