Guest guest
Most of us realize that for sustained happiness we must manage our own cases. Doctors can't be daily counselors, and most of us couldn't afford that anyway. Good nutrition is a major component of keeping the body working and reducing stress. As we all find out major stress episodes usually end that plateau we've been riding nicely up to that point. This book is perhaps the most complete popular source of nutrition information available. While her diet recommendations are often a product of industrial age thinking, the science that underlies those recommendations is valid and recent research seems to support her line of thinking. A thorough reading of this book will definitely provide a better education in nutrition than most doctors receive in medical school. Then of course, it's up to you to update the diet to reflect conditions in the 21st century and your CMT. http://www.amazon.com/Lets-Eat-Right-Keep-Fit/dp/0451155505?tag=dogpile-20 To this day when the body seems overly wonky, I find my self paging through the index to find what it is that I've stopped eating.
