Our doc has had us do nightly stretching with our 3 year old who has CMT 1A and I have seen a difference in her flexibility. Her physical therapist recommends us to play penguins and walk on the back of our heels with our toes in the air. The strengthens the front of her legs and stretches her heal cords.
