Guest guest
Ms. Lean, of course the hormonal thing has to do with your....I mean our age. I feel that at certain times during the hormonal rages it is more difficult to stay away from certain foods, cravings so to speak. (have you tried those salt and vinegar Pringles ? Ok, if I start growing a mustache on this betagen, ............cyn
Guest guest
a, have you tried lunge walking? great for legs and glutes and you can do them anywhere. Also, pushups for upperbody and of course crunches. If you have just an 8# barbell or those fitness stretch tubes (bands), the ideas are limitless. cyn
Guest guest
Hi Cyn, I don't think Betagen will make you grow a mustache LOL but don't forget to shave before your 12 weeks photo shoot! Lean.
Guest guest
What is lunge walking? Sounds like a close cousin to binge eating LOL - except that it's good for you! Talking of lunges (can't stand doing them), I changed to split-squats and can definitely feel the difference in my legs - oh and I don't feel like I'm going to fall over while I do them either which sure is a bonus! Guest guest
In reply to what age-category I am in, the answer is the one that I'm gonna win - Prime Time! Lean.
Guest guest
lunge walking is just that. You do lunges but are moving forward as in down the street, down a narrow hall at the gym etc.
Guest guest
Hi Sharon, Nice to meet you and welcome to the group. That's the good news - the bad news is we don't tolerate people who don't do their workouts so whatever the time, please get on your bike OR get to the gym OR drop and give the group at leat 50. After that you can have only one half glass cholcolate shake, you must go to bed early, get up before 6 and hike to the next town, do another workout there and then walk home and eat a dozen raw eggs mixed with a spoonful of Betagen. And goodnight... Lean.
Guest guest
Hi Sharon....just kidding....trying to lift that mood of yours! I reckon people in our special age group really need this program and that it will benefit us enormously. Weightlifting is good for our bones and our moods, the diet is good for our bodyfat, not eating a ton of carbs stops us bloating and being in the best shape ever is good for our spirits. Can't be bad then can it? Never mind about being grumpy...with my mood swings I'm just like the 5 dwarfs..that's Grumpy, Happy, Sleepy, Dopey and sometimes Bashful - and sometimes all at once! That's life...it's still better than being a man LOL. Lean.
Guest guest
<< I'm in my forties, my goal is to be at the fittest point in my life so far by my fiftieth birthday. (Mercifully, that is a few years away cause I've got quite a big of work to do!) This is my goal too - to be my fittest by my fiftieth. Drat, what's that I see marching around the corner? Yikes it's my birthday.....I'm outta here! Lean.
