Guest guest Posted May 26, 2007 Report Share Posted May 26, 2007 Children of Courage - Ten Mansfield children have received bravery awards The Mansfield Children of Courage Awards have been presented at a ceremony in Mansfield on Tuesday 13 March 2007.The Awards praise children who have had to put up with pain and distress, through illnesses or accidents. It's the 16th Courage Awards organised by the Rotary Club of Mansfield. Here we tell you about the children that have been nominated for honours. Jasia, 15, suffers from Charcot Marie Tooth Syndrome. Despite her disability Jasia lives life to the full and is a sporty teenager who loves taking part in outdoor pursuits such as camping and canoeing.
