when will congestion subside?

Ever since has been on Cats Claw (Samento) he has had a ton of congestion...any insight as to when this will subside?

I took him off the Cats Claw for 2 days so the rash would get better and it did and so did the congestion, but now that we are back on it, everything is back in full force.
