Guest guest Posted July 3, 2007 Report Share Posted July 3, 2007 Just when I thought it was safe... We recieved the attached email the other day regarding the raise for the " clerks position " . The boss ask me to come in his office, and proceeded to tell me that he wants to certify me on a forklift just for " paper purposes " so I would be able to receive the raise. I told him I was uncomfortable with that, and felt like I was being put in a " trick bag " that might come back to bite me later. I told him I didn't trust our HR Dept. not to come back and say... " well, you agreed to be certified, so now you have to do it " . After informing him of the treatment I received from our HR Bitch, he was shocked and said... " Well then, I'm not going to even bother to certify you, I can't believe she said those things to you. He said, " you will still receive the raise without being certified, don't worry about it. So....Here we go again, just wait and see what they can come up with next. I'm so sick of this I could just walk out and never go back.
