Had a few questions: Does melting it over veggies defeat the purpose? Should I use the non-raw (therefore half the price) cheese for that? Does goat cheese have the Price X factor too? Ramit p.s. Am making yogurt cheese, had it out for 7 hours, then put it in the fridge, it started to smell a little.
