Guest guest
Hi ! Like you, I just joined " the club " again, after a long absence. It's great to hear that you are feeling good and positive! I so identify with you when you say your biggest hurdle in the past was accepting your limitations. Up until this year, I thought that I accepted my CMT. Then I had another " downer " . I didn't accept that my CMT has progressed quite badly in the last year or so. I've now managed to switch over to positive thinking again and I've ordered and will try out any braces or gadgets that can make life a bit easier. I think many of our problems are that we " fight " against help for so long - and in the process wear ourselves out completely. (I have used every muscle in my body to try to get up from the sofa, for months now, instead of " giving in " and order a booster couchion.) So simple :0) Nina (in the UK)
Guest guest
, I'm glad you got through the low time so that now you are able to enjoy the good things. That is why it is so important to hang in there during the bad times, because the good times are usually right around the corner (just not as fast as we would like it) Welcome back.
