I've perused the last 20 or so messages and hear some good questions.

Did anyone define food? Processing food is certainly going to modify

it. Soil will modify food/feed also. If cabbage from the supermarket

spoils instead of fermenting, something most likely destroyed the

Lactobacillus. The " fresh " supermarket cabbage is possibly more

nutritive than that in the frozen section. (I received NT a few weeks

ago and haven't worked any recipes into my diet, however what I've

read sounds great.) It seems like some questions are topics needing

more research. Don't take me wrong, but you're covering a big

subject. Anyway, as you might have guessed, I'm newest member, so

hello all. Best regards, Dennis

Also be advised I'm not an english major but I did study foods down at

the land grant university about 20 years ago. I'll throw in my two

cents worth occasionally.

Dr. B can say what he wants, its personal I guess. I get very

nausious and with cramps if I take LDN without food (just a little).
