Guest guest
Hello Everyone, I just thought I would let you all know how much Dartmouth Hitchcock in NH is interested in CMT. Recently I took my youngest daughter there as she has febrile seizures (non CMt person) and they were taking down history. Of course I told them about CMT, well then I got to model *smiling* anyhow they are so interested in cmt. My oldest son who is now going there they are very interested in him also as he has multiple challenges in his life along with CMT, Epilepsy, Scoliosis, Learning Disabilities, Pectus Caratum, and asthma. So this is a great hospital for any of you that have children with CMT or are an adult with CMT. They are very caring and I have found them to treat people with such humanity. I am relieved been looking for a long time. So I do not talk on the list too much, busy with my five children two of which have CMT along with myself. My two oldest boys have CMT and my three youngest do not. I have CMT 1A. My personal belief is that when I initially had children I did not know I had CMT. I am glad I had all three of my boys. With my girls I knew I had CMT. So I do not regret any of the experiences in my life that I have been through. Thank you, Heidi mother of 5, CMT1A person *Remember always you are a person first and a CMT patient second*
