Cod Liver Oil in a delicious drink

For all those interested in improving the appeal of

CLO to their taste buds; I have just discovered

another drink I like about as well or better than CLO

in o.j. I'm again using the Dale - orange

flavored product from Twinlab and adding that to about

a cup of Emer'gen-C Lite. It is really delicious to my

taste and more convienant than squeezing oranges.

hey.. that sounds better than mixing it with cottage

cheese or something... CLO seems to make whatever

your mixing it with taste so awful. Personally I just

take a tablespoon straight up and get it over with ;P
