Guest guest
Welcome to you, , thanks for introducing yourself. 'Progression' is different for all of us. My own has been virtually non-existent. My diagnosing doctor told me my CMT may be slightly progressive or not at all. ~ Gretchen
Guest guest
Hi : Welcome to the group. I have been " consciously " living with CMT for about 20 years. My progression has been relatively slow. I notice it mostly when I am not taking good care of myself ie: plenty of rest, healthy eating plan, exercise and keeping the stress out of my life. I think I had more problems with the symptoms when I was first diagnosed. I'm not sure if that was because I was more afraid of the unknown then so everything scared me, or if because over time I learned to listen to my body better, hence taking better care of my CMT and me in general. Anyway, hope you enjoy the site. It has really helped me over the last few years. (has anybody taken a count of how many 's there are on this site?) Before you know it there's going to be a study based on just that name in relation to CMT, LOL!
