I am so sorry this happened to Spencer. This is outrageous and

horrible. I hope in time Spencer will go out with his nice new good

I also think you should write both your State Reps and Senators and

let them know hate crimes against the disabled are unacceptable and

suggest they introduce leglislation making it a felony to beat up,

abuse, victimize (etc) any disabled person. It may already be, I'm

not up to date on this topic.
