Guest guest Posted July 13, 2007 Report Share Posted July 13, 2007 Yum! It sounds like the zone diet as you get good carbs plus protein in a good balance. I am going to try it. Do you eat the rice warmed or cool? Another thing I like to do is save my brown rice and then for breakfast do a quick fried rice with an egg (stir fried scrambled) then add the rice and some soy sauce and Tabasco.
