Hi Donna,

It's one bowl of brown rice per day for me, mixed with 2 - 3

tablespoons of Cottage Cheese and a few shakes of Wostershire sauce.

Yum! It sounds like the zone diet as you get good carbs plus protein in a good

balance. I am going to try it. Do you eat the rice warmed or cool? Another

thing I like to do is save my brown rice and then for breakfast do a quick fried

rice with an egg (stir fried scrambled) then add the rice and some soy sauce and

Tabasco. That is my favourite breakfast!

Hi Donna,

I eat it hot; also sometimes add any leftover diced vegetables or

raisins. You GO Girl, on that 44 K Bike Ride this Sunday! I'll be with

you in spirit! Anyone riding along to take pics of you? I look forward

to hearing all about it! (I need details, lol, what kind of bike, what's the

terrain, what the weather turns out to be, all the cool people you meet)
