While I'm not in a competitive mode, Aquatic Circuit 5-6 times a week for an hour, plus Pilates 3-4 times a week, plus mountain biking 3 times or more, has definitely increased my strength, endurance, and balance. This all keeps my mood " bright " and able to clearly focus on work and other areas of my life.
