Great work, Donna. While I'm not in a competitive mode, Aquatic Circuit 5-6

times a week for an hour, plus Pilates 3-4 times a week, plus mountain biking 3

times or more, has definitely increased my strength, endurance, and balance.

This all keeps my mood " bright " and able to clearly focus on work and other

areas of my life. I sleep well, and since I started the brown rice diet I have

noticed that works well too to keep enough fuel in me to use in continous

activity.
