Stan:

We just got our Valtrex and plan to begin next weekend. My DD has

been on OLE for 21 days and this week she got this really strange

rash all over her body. We have seen this rash once before just

after we completed the high dose vitamin A protocal last summer (our

DAN! wasn't sure what the rash was then but he did not feel it was a

sign of vit A toxicity). But now that it has came back with the OLE,

I can't help to think it may be viral. Should be interesting to see

how the Valtrex goes.

, would you share with the group what dosage of OLE you were

doing? We are doing 250mg, 1x per day.

We figured it out that since 30 drops was 400mg and we used 45 drops

max, then our son was getting 200mg (15 drops) 3 times a day or

600mg max per day. He is almost 50 lbs.

There is one other thing on the package that says " herb strength

ration 2 to 1 " whatever the hell that means. If anyone knows,

please advise. Does it mean that it is like taking double the

amount or 1200mg since it is concentrated?

I can say that Josh got pretty sick on 45 drops. It was amazing how

fast the viruses came and went. Every day it was something new it

seemed. Healing regression lasted 33 days on him and about the same

for my 18 mo. daughter (she recovered after doing this and is age

appropriate across the board where she was at least 6 months behind

in many areas prior to this. My 6yo NT son had no reaction to the

same dosage. He was the control.

My wife and I each got sick once or twice, and it was short lived

each time.

I suspect it's more than viral. A rash all over the body sounds more like an

immune

response to detoxing something or a fungal flair.

If you are on a solid antifungal like Diflucan, then I would be more convinced

it's some

type of detox. I'm working on doing a small study on antivirals and detox. I

just need to

get one more lab onboard to test adeonosine and we should be all set.

In the meantime, I would focus on a possible fungal flair and see what gains you

see.

If you got the rash in response to the Vitamin A protocol its likely

the measles!!!
