Guest guest Posted September 13, 2007 Report Share Posted September 13, 2007 I got a message from a guy who's 20 and has CMT. He had AFOs as a young kid and wore them till his early teens. He has been going without any for the last few years. He finally got some new ones last month and says they are so much better than the ones he used to have and really help him a lot. He has a very active social life, like most kids his age, and plays on a baseball team. He is working at a bar now and wants to be a manager. It just goes to show you that you don't have to let CMT slow you down. He didn't say what his new AFOs were like but I bet they are some of the new carbon/kevlar ones because we have been talking about my new ones and he liked the idea.
