Guest guest
I was reading in NT about hydrogenated fats. It says our bodies are actually becoming hydrogenated. Is this a permanent condition? Will we eventually become " unhydrogenated " if we are eating good fat? Carmen

Honestly, I didn't mean to mislead anybody. The fact is that I always thought these are two different processes (because two different names), but reading about them (I admit, superficially) I got the idea that it is actually the same process. I do understand now the difference (I guess)... Thanks for the info. Valentina

Honestly, I didn't mean to mislead anybody. It would be pretty easy to get confused if you aren't over here to see how everyone actually uses these words, and how they appear on ingredient labels, and didn't read detailed food chemistry and industrial chemistry textbooks.
