Hi Holli,

I used to love hiking in the Topanga area too. I know what you mean,

no sidewalks, 'serious slant', lol, I'd say it's frickin' living on

a hillside!

For me, having lived with CMT since childhood, I've come to realize

that it is stressors that aggravate CMT. If I can keep my stressors

in check, I'm OK. Big stressors for me are noise, crowds and lack of

sleep. I have learned to pace myself out, in the garden I set a

timer, when that goes off, I quit work. It was hard at first not to

just keep going 'on this one little thing', lol, but one hour

segements in the garden are just fine for me.

I haven't noticed problems after workouts, but I workout in the

mornings when I'm at my best. And yes, too 'emotional stressors',

these can be a killer.
