Certainly the way of NT eating requires preparation and planning

unlike today's fast food era.

I was wondering if any of you have suggestions, calendars that you

made or lists or anything that help you to know what recipes are being

planned for what days, how far in advance to prepare, what you are

eating that day and preparing for that day and the next, groceries to

buy, etc. Anything to keep you organized so that you are not staring

at the refrigerator wondering what you can eat NOW and what you better

prepare for the next meal.

Thank you.

I saw an idea on another list and thought I would get all your opinions. This

person would have his own personal salad bar in his fridge. He would chop,

slice, and dice all his veggies for salads for a few days and put them in

separate plastic bags so they would be ready for eating. He would spray some

food grade hydrogen peroxide on the produce to keep it fresh. What do you all

think of this idea? It would sure help me out to have salads ready like this.

It is such a bother to get it out and prepare it for every meal.
